The Antica Olivaia farmhouse offers 6 spacious guest rooms in the main house all with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, central heating (2 with aircon) and lots of hot water from our solar panels. The original layout of the main house has been preserved as well as the 2 large fireplaces, terracotta tiled floors, wooden beamed ceilings and even the door handles and lintels were left intact. All rooms have spectacular views either overlooking the pool and gardens or the Umbrian & Tuscan countryside and beyond. Because of the great views and with so much to see and do around you, there are no televisions in any of the rooms.

Each room is named after a “cultivar” or type of Italian olive located in the Umbrian region, reflecting the importance we place on our olive trees and the precious “green gold” we produce.
